This is a photo of a beautiful lavender rose. The rose bush has pink, purple and lavender roses on them depending on the state of maturity. This was taken in Blue Ridge, Georgia at my parents house on Blue Ridge Lake. Tea Roses do very well in Georgia and with all the rain this year, they are blooming by the hundreds. Hybrid tea rose, a cross between hybrid perpetuals and old fashioned tea roses, are rose royalty. They are the most popular rose in the world and perhaps the most popular flower. Hybrid teas have all the virtues you look for in a flower: beauty, fragrance and easy care.
